How do I access the Travel Health Service?

If you think you might need vaccinations, please complete our Patient travel info form (also available from reception) and book an travel appointment with reception team to see the Nurse.

Or visit

Please bring any documents you may have about previous vaccinations with you when you come to see the nurse.

Please ensure book your travel appointment in at the earliest opportunity and at least 8 weeks before your departure date. We understand travel plans are sometimes made at the last minute. We have limited travel health appointment slots and there is sometimes a wait for an appointment during busy periods. In addition, some vaccinations need to be administered as part of a course and often single dose vaccines take 2 weeks to become fully effective.

Please be aware some vaccination carry a charge see our pricelist
